Feature steps

Creating a feature step or two really gives us the chance to show off our craftsmanship. We can add at least one to most hallways. Depending on the surrounding space available, we can wrap a curved bull nose around the bottom newel post and create one or two feature steps above it. This makes the stairs look grand and bold.

Even if a hallway has limited space, we can make a feature out of the bottom step by altering the shape or simply making it out of wood, rather than having it carpeted.

Depending on the style of renovation, we can create square, curved, oval or oversized steps. We also specialise in creating floating stairs that add a modern finish to any home.

Under stair storage solutions

If you have nowhere to hide your coats, shoes, vacuum cleaner, bags, pushchair or treasures, considering an under stair storage cupboard might offer a neat and tidy solution for you. We have created many bespoke styles over the years which have housed and hidden an array of household items.

Alternatively, some people wish for their under stair space to be creative and more open; for such clients we have designed and created open shelves and small PC desks. We have even created a neat under stair dog house for the perfect pooch. The possibilities are endless. How will you use yours?
